申告に必要な情報 / Required Information

有効な DMCA 申告には、以下の情報をすべて含めてください：

• 著作権者（またはその代理人）の氏名・会社名および連絡先（メールアドレス）
• 著作権侵害が主張されるオリジナルコンテンツの説明
• 侵害コンテンツが掲載されている LinkHeart 上の URL
• 「申告内容は誠実な信念に基づいており、著作権者・その代理人・法律によって許可されていない方法で 当該コンテンツが使用されていると信じる」旨の宣誓供述書
• 「申告内容は正確であり、偽証罪の罰則を承知の上で、自身が著作権者またはその代理人であることを宣言する」 旨の署名入り声明

A valid DMCA notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (2) identification of the infringing material and its URL on our platform; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; (6) your physical or electronic signature.

申告先 / Submit Takedown Notice

DMCA 申告は以下のメールアドレスへお送りください：

We will respond to valid notices within a reasonable time and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the reported content where required by law.

反論申告 / Counter-Notice

削除されたコンテンツが著作権侵害ではないと考える場合は、DMCA の規定に基づく反論申告を 同じメールアドレスにお送りください。反論申告には、削除されたコンテンツの URL、 誤削除であると信じる理由、および氏名・住所・署名を含めてください。

虚偽申告について / Misrepresentation

虚偽の著作権侵害申告は、DMCA 第512条(f)に基づき法的責任を生じさせる可能性があります。 申告内容の正確性をご確認の上、ご送付ください。
